The colors that are most prominent in this poster is the Lime green of the back ground and the red-orange of the Mad Hatters hair. Red is an exciting, energetic and dynamic color and thats exactly what this movie embodies. The color green brings out nature and new beginnings which is were the movie is set and a main topic in the movie. This is a mixed between a cool and warm palette the colors are very vibrant and rich. The title is a clean white color, were the main character is dark in colors with his cloths being of dark greens and browns and burnt oranges. The Mad Hatter faces stands out extremely because of the white make up used with hints of red. There were many color schemes used in this poster. There is a primary/complementary color combination scheme of red and green and hints of blue and orange. There is a Tetradic color scheme that uses the red, green, blue, and oranges with the variation of these colors in it. Some of the poster has analogous scheme features with the hints of pink and light blue and yellow. These are variations of red, blue and orange. This color scheme was a great idea for this poster. It completely brought out the whimsical feel of the movie while still keeping it dark and mysterious. The red and greed makes it very energetic, vivid and inviting while the dark tones with the Mad Hatter hats in the background gives you the wonderland feel. This is a really dynamic poster that gives great energy just like the movie.
I hope you enjoyed my creation in todays post. Keep you eyes and mind ready for the next post. Untill next time stay Fierce my readers, and Color Her Feirce!
Yours Truly,
